Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Addie B Boutique. However if you should have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make it right.

If you just have decided you do not want the item, we will accept them but please see our policy below:

Our return policy is in effect for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please email us with your order number at sales@addiebboutique.com  BEFORE you return the item. The returned item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. The customer pays the shipping cost back to us when returning it if there is nothing wrong with the item. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  

Clothing returns:

Addie B will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests emailed to sales@addiebboutique.com must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Addie B 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Addie B will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
